Phase 03

Planning Approval

If your project requires land division (severance), variances or complex site plan approvals we handle all negotiations with City staff.

Phase 04

Permits & Construction Packages

We prepare complete working architectural plans, coordinate with engineering consultants (structural, mechanical, HVAC, civil), and submit final permit applications to the municipal building department.

Phase 05

Construction Management & Delivery
